The Sooke Region has some amazing places to mountain bike and cycle.
Options range from taking the Galloping Goose to and from Victoria, trails across wooden bridges, riding beside the famous Sooke Potholes, or watching wildlife from the trail beside the ocean to visiting an old Ghost town called Leechtown.
