Fishing in Sooke has become better for Winter Springs. Some boats have been reporting no strikes at all, but others are getting strikes and landing some Good winter Springs. Fishing in Sooke has become Spotty for Winter Springs, over the last few days. Customers at Eagle Eye Outfitters have reported landing Spring Salmon up to 16lbs, during the last week, but most have been anywhere from 5 to 8lbs.
