5. Garden Workshop with Byron Cook and Lunch, Saturday August 21st 10am

Another one of our ever popular, educational, enormously fun, and informal workshops with Sooke Harbour House head gardener and expert on everything in our gardens – Byron Cook, followed by a fantastic gourmet lunch in the dining room.

  • Discuss organic methods, transplanting, seeding, watering and fertilizing
  • Learn how, what, where and why to grow edible plants for winter harvests!
  • Focus will be on salad greens, vegetables and herbs

The cost of the workshop is $30.00 per person, $65.00 if you wish to stay for lunch.

The lunch begins after the tour, around noon, in our main dining room.
