He was last seen in the vicinity of Whiffin Spit Road, riding the roof racks of a small car, possibly driven by a female with a heavy accent.
A favourite of kids and adults alike, and one of the star attractions at the Ozone!

DESCRIPTION: He is approximately 5 to 6 feet in length and stands about 3.5 feet high. He is black and white and sometimes red all over. He has a small scar on one side from an imaginary collision with a propeller. He is attracted to coins.
