Growing Organic Edible Plants in Containers at the Sooke Harbour House

Join Byron Cook, head gardener at Sooke Harbour House, for a fun and informative workshop on “Growing Organic Edible Plants in Containers”.  Perfect for those with limited space but for who want to grow their own herbs, flowers and edible salad ingredients! Learn about choosing the right containers and soil, fertilizing and water procedures, and which plants will thrive in these conditions.

Workshop will be held Sunday, June 14th beginning at 10am. The cost is $30.00 per person and reservations are necessary. Directly following the workshop, we invite participants to stay for an optional 3 course lunch in our beautiful dining room. Lunch is an additional $30.00 per person excluding taxes and gratuities.
