Discover Sooke

It was a throw down, Sooke style.

Local Realtor, Tim Ayres with Royal LePage, and local blogger with www.642blog.ca had a showdown with 3 bowls of soup today at the Reading Room Cafe.

Why did this happen?

It turns out that Tim Ayres had made a comment on his 642Blog asking his readers if  Tim Horton’s should come to Sooke, commenting that their soup was good and quick, a great option for lunch on the run.

Once LauraA, another local blogger and self proclaimed “SookeGuru” on her Squidoo blog read this, she immediately though that Tim needed to try the Reading Room Cafe’s soup, and ordered a throwdown, Sooke style against him.

This afternoon on April 27th, we converged at the Reading Room Cafe to take the challenge and render the verdict.
