Discover Sooke

Consider this a teaser for all you fishing people who love fishing derby’s and competing in them.  Discover Sooke is helping Sooke Harbour Resort and Marina with their advertising needs for an upcoming Salmon fishing derby slated for Sept. of this year. The derby is entitled “Vancouver Island Salmon Classic.”

I can share this much with you. It’s big, very big in terms of money prizes, like 6 figures big for the grand prize. I’ll release more information about this when they’ve launched the official website and registration so you can read up on it and all the exciting prizes.

But we are very excited to be helping out the resort with this endeavour and working alongside them to put on one of the largest fishing derby’s the west coast has seen and all right here in this lovely town of Sooke.

Sooke Harbour Resort and Marina will be setting up a booth for next months outdoor show in Vancouver, promoting this event.
