I had the pleasure to visit Le Sooke Spa at 2915 Otter Point Rd. in Sooke, today. The owner, Michelle Bohn, asked us to come down to take some photographs of the inside of the spa and to show us around. I had driven by the spa many times before but I had never stepped foot into their building, so I was excited to see what Le Sooke Spa had to offer.

Sooke Fire Rescue is holding a giant garage sale on Feb.7th at the Otter Point Road Firehall. Some of the sale items include excess fire department equipment, recovered items from the RCMP, such as tools, sterio equimpment, household items etc.

Fishing in Sooke has been VERY GOOD for really large Winter Springs.

Over the last week a few customers at Eagle Eye Outfitters have reported landing Spring Salmon in the 20lb range, the stomach of one Salmon was reported full of needle fish, so squirts maybe a good lure choice.
